what.

An on going, ad-hoc list of projects, artist and organizations that we’ve worked with. By no means is this complete or in any particular order. We have a multi-decade archive of projects that we are (very) slowly working through to put in this list.

KamranV.

Arts Technologist & MIT Spatial Sound Lab Researcher KamranV builds bridges between artistic intent and playful manifestation. Recent explorations include developing the PHONOCUT home vinyl recorder, reimagining Moogfest, co-creating the SONOS studio and producing Suzanne Ciani’s LIVE Quadraphonic, the first quadraphonic vinyl release in over 30 years. KamranV has received multiple National Endowment for the Arts Media Arts grants and his immersive installations have had special event showings at LACMA and MOMA PS1. In the aughts as an artist manager and new media producer at Interscope Records, he developed early digital music, social, mobile, video platforms, and experimental formats, serving as a producer for immersive  music releases for Nine Inch Nails and Beck. His 112-room, 40,000 sq foot Bedrock.LA music facility was home for Los Angeles creative residents and hosted the production of Weird Al’s #1, Grammy award winning Mandatory Fun. He continues supporting Creative Communities via non-profit arts volunteerism as dublab board member, Echo Park Chamber of Commerce Emeritus Board Member and Echo Park Rising producer.
